What to Expect

Whether this is your first time seeing a pelvic health physio, or you have seen others in the past, we understand it can be a daunting and confronting appointment. To help with this, we are always doing our best to find ways to make your experience with us as comfortable and beneficial as possible. Some of the ways we do this include the following:

Dedicated Space
We utilise a purpose-built consult room, large enough to easily fit a pram and bub with a private ensuite bathroom, giving you space, privacy and comfort for your appointment.

Experienced Pelvic Health Team
Vanessa and Jodie have both undergone specific training to perform internal pelvic floor assessments and are passionate about supporting you through your pelvic health journey.

1 Hour initial appointments
We understand that these consults can be personal with many topics you may wish to discuss. This is why we see all our initial pelvic health patients for 1 hour to ensure we have ample time to discuss everything you need to, perform thorough assessments, and develop a tailored plan moving forwards.

Passionate mums on reception
We want you to know it is 100% OK to bring your baby to your appointment. Our wonderful admin staff are all passionate mums themselves and are more than happy to help in any way they can if you need. We also have ample room in the consult room for a pram and bub.
