Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral?

No referral needed for physiotherapy. Your Dr may refer you to physiotherapy, in which case we will have a referral letter from your GP prior to your appointment.
How often do you visit Kenilworth?

Once a week, every Tuesday from 8:00am to 2:30pm.
Can you get a copy of my scan results or Dr information?

Yes. When you make your booking, simply just let our friendly reception staff know of any scans or Dr appointments you have had, and we will collect this information prior to your appointment.
Do you have EFTPOS or HICAPS?

Yes! We have EFTPOS and HICPAS services at our Palmwoods and Woombye clinics.

If you are visiting or Kenilworth of Kilkivan clinics, we have limited HICAPS access. If we are not able to process with HICAPS on the spot, you will simply need to pay the full amount, and we will provide you with a copy of your invoice to submit to your health fund to collect your rebate.
